My flagship 1:1 engagement is designed for senior leaders — VP level and above — who are navigating growth, transition, or transformation. We meet bi-weekly (or weekly at your preference) for deep, structured sessions that combine inquiry, challenge, and practical application.

Leadership Team Alignment

4–8 sessions over 3–6 months

When a leadership team is misaligned — even subtly — the cost compounds throughout the organization. This program brings together your senior team for structured facilitation sessions that surface friction, build trust, and establish shared commitments and norms.

Intensive

Strategic Leadership Intensive

1-day or 2-day immersive

Sometimes you don't need a 6-month engagement — you need a focused breakthrough on one specific challenge. The Intensive is a 1-day or 2-day immersive (in person or remote) that goes deep on a defined leadership challenge and produces a concrete plan forward.

Is this therapy?

No. Executive coaching is forward-focused and performance-oriented. While we may touch on mindset or emotional patterns, this is not a clinical relationship.

How is confidentiality handled?

All sessions are fully confidential. If a sponsor is paying, I share only high-level progress themes — never session content — and only with your explicit permission.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Approximately 70% of my clients are fully remote. I work across time zones (mostly US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific).
